WHY

Because we believe that every child has the right to know Jesus as savior and Lord.

We believe that education is a significant and vital part of the evangelistic outreach of the Seventh-day Adventist church. Our mission is to develop the God-given potential of students through a Christ-centered experiential curriculum, real-world learning, quality instruction, and a grace-filled environment, creating Christian leaders who will remain rooted in their love for Jesus and His church.

WHAT IF...?

...every child knew their worth.

What if every child could understand their significance in God’s Universe and discover their purpose in this world? What if we, as educators, could help them comprehend the radiance of Christ’s light within them through the Spirit? Achieving this would transform our school communities and neighborhoods, leaving a lasting impact on the world for Jesus.

FLCOE in Summary

We do things a bit differently, and that's the way we like it

The Florida Conference Office of Education is a private school district in the state of Florida with 30 schools with over 4000 students. With our early childhood centers, we provide accredited education from birth through twelfth grade.

We value every child as a unique individual, created in the image of God with distinctive gifts, talents, and abilities. As Seventh-day Adventist educators, it is our belief that the work of true education is to equip students to think and to act with the breadth of mind, clearness of thought, and the courage of their convictions. We believe that each child has a special purpose for being placed on this earth. With this in mind, we seek to provide every opportunity for the spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of every student and teacher entrusted to our care. It is our fervent prayer and aim to see and discover infinite possibilities in our students–inspiring them to love learning, respect others, and develop a character in the likeness of the Creator.
